FBI?

This had been mentioned briefly on the ministry website.  There was a new admin account created, of which it had a fbi.gov address for the email.   Certainly this was not hard to find, so it seems as if someone wanted me to find it, which begs the question of who?  While I will likely never know for sure, I have a thought, a guess and it is a different three letter agency.

UPDATE 1/3/26

Adding another snapshot, this time from the cPanel, which is from the hosting company.  I blocked the visibility of the user name and the full government email listed, plus the other admin information, but here you can see the date/time stamp.  Now someone who had figured out my password, etc., and managed to get in, would in very high likeliness still have a date/time stamp of the moment they created the admin username.  In this instance you can see that there is nothing but zeros there.  Likely this was a state actor performing this as some sort of veiled threat and probably not associated with the FBI, but rather a higher up agency.  As far as I can tell, this hack job was limited solely to creating a username.  The FBI is not going to make a post and when they backdoor a website, just as there is no date/time stamp, there would be no evidence seen by the average person managing a website.
